Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty. Exchanges are only available for incorrect or faulty items.

How to return a faulty item to us

All faulty items must be reported to us via email maria@resetmindset.co.nz within three days of receiving, including a photo if the fault is visible.  You are responsible for the product until it is securely returned to us by prior arrangement.

We use Courier Post for all our deliveries. We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery time is estimated for within business hours, and does not include any time for processing your order. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

When at online check out, please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am – 5pm weekdays.
