Life Coaching
A life coach is a professional who helps individuals identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. They work with clients to assess their current situations, explore their aspirations, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles and create positive change in their lives.
They provide support and guidance to empower clients to reach their full potential. They may specialize areas such as career development, relationships, health and wellness, or personal growth. Through active listening, insightful questioning, and personalized goal-setting, life coaches encourage clients to take action towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
As a Life Coach I set out to mentor my clients reach their own wellness goals by helping them devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. Sometimes this is with or without other professional qualified services like counselling. It is a supportive and holistic model to help you as the client make lifestyle and mindset changes.
I include practice of Mindfulness, Affirmations, Breathing techniques, Pilates and Sensory Support in my work to support you.
I advocate a holistic approach to health and well-being based on my personal experiences and additional training. I feel the ability to heal as being dependent upon the totality of several factors including diet, nutrition, lifestyle, emotional, energetic and environmental factors.
