A Life Coach is a mentor to help clients reach their own wellness goals by helping them devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. Sometimes this is with or without other professional qualified services like counselling. Life Coaching is a supportive and holistic model to help you as the client make lifestyle and mindset changes.
I include practice of Mindfulness, Affirmations, Breathing techniques, Pilates and Sensory Support in my work to support you. I advocate a holistic approach to health and well-being based on my personal experiences and additional training. I feel the ability to heal as being dependent upon the totality of several factors including diet, nutrition, lifestyle, emotional, energetic and environmental factors.
